Intermediate level cooking classes are the perfect experience if you are looking to expand your knowledge and expertise in cooking techniques such as roasting, boiling and braising. Classes will introduce important skills like stir fry and searing. Intermediate classes include topics such as food photography, homemade pasta, healthy food cooking and international cuisine.

  • Culinary Skills Multi-day Boot Camp

    This multi-day boot camp will teach you the fundamentals of cooking. The techniques taught by our professional Kendall chefs will build upon your cooking repertoire by teaching you how to make every recipe with a dash of your own style.    Day One: Knife Skills, Stocks, Soups, Sauces and Vinaigrette, and Grilling. Day Two: Intro to Spices and Herbs, Braising, Stewing, Poaching, Roasting, Sautéing and Desserts.  NOTE: This is a hands-on two-day class.  Each day class begins at 10:00am - 4:00pm.
